Charles Miller painted all of his life.  His need was to express “man’s inhumanity to man”.  He always believed that art should be available and affordable. In that same vein, the prices of Miller’s work reflect his desire for his work to become part of our landscape to bring joy, angst, pleasure, and provocation.
